Latest Release My last release was a two song EP called “Sweet Baby Wifi”  that came out in February of 2019 but I kinda just did that so people would stop asking if my song Wifi was streaming. In my eyes the only release I’ve really had was my 2017 album “Does Life”. 

Favorite Local Bands/Artists Night Slaves, Nightmall, Little Cake, othergurl, Jesse and the Spirit, many many many more.

Biggest Inspiration The theme song from the TV series Fishing with John. Its simple and beautiful – and those are the two qualities I strive for in my music.

What would you consider your Best Local Show Experience?

Spacecubs NYE show (I’m forgetting the year) – I remember going alone and having such a fine time. 

How do you balance music with jobs, partners, children, etc.?

For some reason I always choose to work fairly labor intensive jobs that start early and end late – giving me virtually no time or energy to produce music or be productive in general. Maybe thats why I’ve only released one album, but I think these jobs end up inspiring me and when I do get the energy it’s all worth the while. 

Anyone you’ve collaborated with recently?

Yes! I recently collaborated with my pal Milkweed on a song called “The Best Night You Could Ever Have” and I’m super excited about it. It’s a pop country song (in the realm of like Margaritaville) and its completely different from anything I’ve ever released. 

Strangest thing you’ve heard from someone at a concert?

After I played a set someone said to me “Voice like an angel, charisma like Sinatra, and lyricism like Tupac”. 

What advice would you have to offer aspiring musicians?

Stay genuine and true to who you are and what you make.
